Our Value

Our service is highly valued. Researchers who attend our trainings are asked to rate our service out of 10. In 2020, we achieved a high Net Promoter Score of 76.91% according to 1,264 researchers who have accessed our services (Source: Feedback survey data, 2020). This is high compared to the industry standard of 69 for Education. The mean score was 9.15 out of 10.
